Assal's villa exemplifies contemporary minimalism harmoniously integrated with its dramatic hillside setting. The structure’s clean lines and geometric volumes are emphasized through the use of refined materials like natural stone and expansive glass facades, which not only frame the breathtaking panoramic views of the coastline but also flood the interior with natural light. The interplay of horizontal and vertical planes creates a dynamic composition, while the cantilevered upper volume adds a sense of lightness and architectural drama.
